My trip was for leisure, and I stayed for three nights at Hyatt in Allentown. the modern, clean hotel impressed me. the spacious rooms were well-lit, and the excellent restaurant and craft cocktails were highlights. the pool looked inviting, and the attentive staff made my stay memorable. the breakfast was outstanding, and the service went above and beyond for the tiniest details.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was unbeatable in the middle of jackson. We booked family room with inoperable equipment and could use wake-up service, available in it.

In overall the room was reasonably large and updated and with inoperable equipment. A safe, flat screen cable TV and a fridge were a very nice touch. The atmosphere created was family. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect position next to downtown. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

This place has friendly and attentive staff, and the service was great during my stay, plus wake up calls were free of charge.

During my stay, I was impressed with the location of the hotel, which was within walking distance of great dining places and had a lovely view. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with clean bedding and a well-organized bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of options for the free breakfast buffet, which had something for everyone.

The air conditioning system was a bit noisy and disturbed my light sleep.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a big TV and a great breakfast offered free of charge in the lobby. the location was perfect, close to many eating spots and with free parking available. the staff members were friendly and very helpful.

The AC system was quite noisy, which may disturb light sleepers. the hotel restaurant does not allow patrons to call in orders and pay over the phone, requiring a visit in person to be able to order and wait for the food to be cooked.

The hotel was conveniently located close to downtown, and the king room was spacious and comfortable despite a few equipment issues.

The hotel and room were great! Large, well-designed room with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Pleasant surprise breakfast. Gracious and responsive staff. Thoughftul and tasteful design. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spotless bathroom with lots of counter space. Super fast wifi. Convenient extras like laundry room and ingeniously stored ironing board.
