The rooms feature spacious layouts with comfortable sleeping arrangements and ample lighting, making them quite welcoming. The hotel offers a variety of dining options that are conveniently located nearby, which is a bonus for late-night cravings.

Check-in was a hassle. arriving at 4:30, we found three rooms unprepared, with no effort to apologize for the inconvenience. One room had a persistent toilet backup that remained unresolved even after a maintenance call later in the night. Requests for light cleaning went unanswered, and breakfast service was disappointingly slow, with multiple empty trays and no coffee available during peak hours.

Special mention to the staff, especially Katie, for her exceptional service during breakfast. The restaurant downstairs looked great but closed early, which was disappointing. I would’ve liked to try it. On check-in, the three rooms we booked weren’t ready, which felt a bit off. Although they offered friendly service, they didn’t address this wait well. Overall, the place felt clean and well-maintained, and the ice machine with pellet ice was a delightful find. I’d stay here again, but they need to work on room availability at check-in and the restaurant hours.

During my stay, I really enjoyed how close the beautiful Earl Adams Memorial Park was, just a bit under 5 kilometers away, and the excellent full breakfast included was a highlight of my mornings, way more than I expected. perfect for fueling a day of exploring. I stayed in a King Room with Sofa Bed on a high floor, which was spacious and comfy, making it an ideal spot for a solo traveler like myself.
